№ 1801 · The problem

Getting a file digitized shouldn't be the slow part.

$10–60 per file

Human digitizing services charge per design — and anything beyond simple text costs more. It adds up fast across a catalog.

12–48 hour waits

Your customer already paid. Now the order sits while the file crosses time zones — longer over weekends and holidays.

Revision ping-pong

Puckered satin, wrong density, a letter that fills in. Three emails to fix it, and every round costs another day.

№ 1924 · How it works

Upload artwork. Download stitches.

Upload your artwork

PNG, JPG or SVG. Logos, monograms, lettering, patches — the everyday files that keep a shop running.

AI digitizes, a human checks

Stitch types, densities, underlay, pull compensation and sequencing are planned automatically — then a person reviews every file before it ships.

Stitch it out

Download DST, PES, EXP and more. Runs on Brother, Janome, Tajima, Ricoma, Melco — any machine that reads standard formats.

№ 1147 · The honest part

We're stitching out test files right now.

StitchSwift is in private beta. The industry consensus says auto-digitizing produces files that break threads and pucker fabric — and for most tools, that's been true. We think 2026-era AI changes the math, but thinking isn't proof.

So independent embroiderers are running our files on real machines and grading them blind against files from professional human digitizers. We launch when our files stitch out clean — not before. Waitlist members get the test results every month, good or bad.

№ 1976 · Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

What will it cost?

Planned launch pricing starts at $5 per file — every file includes the human quality check. If a file won't stitch clean, we fix it by hand or refund it. Compare that to $10–60 per file from a service bureau.

Which file formats do you support?

DST and PES first, with EXP, JEF and VP3 planned for launch. If your machine reads a standard format, we intend to support it — tell us what you run when you join.

What kind of artwork works best?

Logos, text, monograms and clean illustrations — the files that make up most real embroidery work. Photorealistic images and fine gradients are not the target; we'd rather do the everyday files brilliantly.

How fast is it?

The AI pass takes minutes. At launch, the human check adds same-day turnaround at most — and the goal is an instant preview so you can see the stitch plan before you pay.

I'm a professional digitizer. Are you trying to replace me?

No. Complex jackets, 3D foam, specialty work — that's craft, and it stays yours. We're aiming at the $10 rush-job text logo that interrupts your week. Some digitizers have asked about using StitchSwift as a first-pass tool; if that's you, we'd love to talk.
